Anthony Pignataro:

According to this press release[1] just sent out by the Office of Governor Jerry Brown, the budget Brown will propose today will include $12.5 billion in spending cuts, an “eight to 10 percent cut in take-home pay for most state employees” as well as “an election this coming June where voters will be asked to continue current personal income and sales taxes, as well as the Vehicle License Fee rate, for five years.”

Details will surely come at Brown’s 11 a.m. press conference, which you can watch on CalChannel by clicking here[2].
