Does Jerry Brown Break Campaign Law?

by CalWatchdog Staff | March 18, 2010 4:12 pm

Sacramento talk radio host Eric Hogue discovered this very interesting audio and video of Jerry Brown meeting with Labor International Union of America and encouraging them to be the bad guys in the campaign and attack Meg Whitman, so he could be the nice guy.

From the video: Brown: “We are going to attack whenever we can. But I would rather have you attack. I would rather be the nice guy in this race.”

Campaign law violation? Sure sounds like it.
