Arnold aide: AB 32 will have no effect on global warming

Arnold’s beloved AB 32 is a jobs killer[1]. Yet its imposition would have no effect on global warming, as top Arnold aide David Crane admits in the following video. That’s another reason to pass Prop. 23, which effectively would kill AB 32.
