I though cities were desperate to get job creating projects & companies to come to their communities, why the hell would they need to be paid million of dollars?

This guy is corrupt and he doesnt even try to hide it. It shouldnt come as a shock that he was a member of the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Looks like CARB just keeps churning out corrupt political hacks like DeSaulener & Ken Jaeger (the Happy Meal Bandit).
