This guy is corrupt and he doesnt even try to hide it. It shouldnt come as a shock that he was a member of the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Looks like CARB just keeps churning out corrupt political hacks like DeSaulener &#038; Ken Jaeger (the Happy Meal Bandit).]]></description>
