Katy Grimes: The propositions on the November ballot this year are no different than past elections – they confuse even the most diligent voter.
Later today, CalWatchdog will present a full deconstruction of Proposition 23, the ballot initiative which would Suspend AB 32, the Global Warming Act of 2006.
What’s AB 32? We’ll explain that too and why it is important to understand both the proposition as well as the Global Warming Act.
