Longest Late budget

John Seiler: Tomorrow the California budget will be late for longer [1]than any in history.

The robbers who run the state government expect you to pay your taxes on time, or you face massive fines — or jail. But when they are late, there is no consequence.

Is it any wonder people are upset at the whole government? It can’t do anything right. It is just a gang of killers and robbers who misrule us.
