Coupled with Blum’s investment companies handling the UC investments, also losing millions of dollars all the while both billionaires’ companies get their fees regardless of profit or loss. These two are systematically bankrupting the state of California…and guess who will attempt to clothe and bill themselves as the ‘white knights’ riding to “rescue” the state???…you guessed it none other than Blum and Reilly and their investment dollars.
