What me worry?

The Red Chinese will be happy to lend us the money to buy food for our Food Stamp Program. Thank Lenin for the Delta Smelt.

Very sorry Prop 19 didn't pass. Would have made it even easier not to worry about a thing.

Only question: Will the Chinese be agreeable to allowing us to pay for pot with Food Stamps?
