The NYT seems to say that the folks on duty in the late &#039;90&#039;s (Angelides and Davis were among those mentioned I believe) rolled over for benefit increases which ultimately benefited the investment promoters, and their enablers (placement agents) who were providing access. This is a tough subject I hope you and others will dissect and name names because same folks are still around doing same stuff.]]></description>
