					<description><![CDATA[If you want to cure the California deficit...cut salaries for our politcans, lay off the adminstrators of schools and give the teachers power to implement the programs, bankrupt the pension plans for the Big Unions who have robbed the taxpayers and put them on the same plan the rest of us have...social security.  Remember it was Jerry Brown who implemented the collective bargaining agreements that is now bankrupting our state.  What were the voters thinking?  Taxing us further is not hte answer...learning to live within our means now is critical.]]></description>
