Germany has a very effective welfare system where folks that need a hand can EARN it, by showing up and putting in 40 hours a week contributing to society. That would be a good time to give them a mandatory drug test for starters , in order to qualify for welfare. Maybe all the state employees that are riding our backs on disability could put in 40 hours as well supervising the welfare reciepients! There are WAY too many people getting a free ride on disability as well. Cops , firefighters etc. that are getting a free ride and are out building spec houses, contracting etc. I,ll bet they would disappear aif they had to show up and put in 40 hours in order to collect their dole.
