It was, but Stossel has also gone through the budget and found sufficient cuts necessary to balance the budget.

Knowing which cuts will work and making them however are worlds apart. Who will make them. The Dems’s who believe in central control and paying off their special interests or the Republicans who believe in central control and paying off their special interests?
