The U.S. Constitution is not being followed and government must be cut to abide by the Constitution. It even suggests going back to the failed Articles of Confederation. I am surprised that it does not mention that the Constitution was made for the rich, not the people since it was made by the people of the aristocracy as I write in my article: http://interestingblogger1.blogspot.com/2011/07/we-rich-not-we-people.html?m=1. I commend the writer on a story that looks into the constitution. It must be fixed. There is no alternative. Otherwise it is becoming slowly worthless.
