Joey was shot over 24 times! Eight bullets to the head! Joey had never been in any kind of trouble. These two officers, CHP Walling and CHP Coffman, make things happen in the middle of the night. Then collect thousands of dallors in overtime. Then use the overtime Walling made off of Joey in court on another victim, I was in the court room when the DA of Stockton told the judge in the Noah Schnabel case that overtime for CHP is like a waitress that has a good night at her job. DA told judge that in August of 2008 CHP Walling had a goog night, a tip! Joey was shot August 24th 2008. Can you imagine what this feels like for the family, to hear the DA use this type of terminolgy. This makes me sick! Justice for Joey Trial January 2012 in Sacramento! Something needs to change, CHP are out of control!

Forty cases before me, many well prepared and presented. Everyone GUILTY. the judge even helped the sheriffs when they forgot their ‘lines’. Everyone guilty??? Statistically improbably.

Sad thing is, that each ticket/penalty ranged between $400 and $1600. The supermajority of the defendants are of course poor.

But hey, the sheriffs and judges can sleep comfortably at night knowing their pensions are safe!!!
