That’s what the LA Times was printing.

Also, the new budget includes an online tax. Amazon and Overstock have cut ties with the CA affiliates because of it.

I seriously doubt that taxes would affect the business climate more than the elimination of the thousands of nanny-state laws and regulations that literally strangle business in this state.
