What this article fails to mention is that those payments were ruled unconstitutional. The LA court ignored that ruling and the illegal payments continued. Until the heat was reapplied by Fine and SBx2-11 was passed during an emergency session, and wasn’t a subject of that session (illegal) It grants retroactive immunity for crimes already committed, (immunity is granted BEFORE an admission of guilt)Ex post facto laws are ILLEGAL, and unconstitutional, meaning notwithstanding. And nobody in a position of authority honors their oath of office by prosecuting this criminal cabal.

You cant skip a rope that has a hangman’s noose TRAITOR !!! If he’s been disbarred he now can summon a people’s grand jury under Article V11 of the Bill Of Rights and sue the criminals in the black robe !!!
Read the U S Constitution not the federal mob constitution !!!!

Richard Fine is nothing more than a once-respected attorney who got the bit between his teeth and violated his professional duties by becoming personally invested in the outcome of his lawsuit. He also made repeated violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility and violated his duty as an officer of the court to conduct himself in a manner that ensures confidence in our legal system.

Fine is no martyr. He knew exactly what he was doing and is not sleeping in the bed he made with his own hands and words.
