					<description><![CDATA[Counting to 3 is confusing only to those that can&#039;t game IRV, like the establishment of machine candidates, legacy families, and the Chron--angry about losing control it had maybe 40 years ago.

There is nothing about any preference voting system lime IRV or ranked choice voting that would keep candidates from clearly articulating their vision. Those that choose to be chameleons are shown not to have the courage of their convictions and/or do t gave a compelling message.

That redustributionists in SF of all places can&#039;t rant about state takeovers of the private sector is not the fault of IRV!]]></description>
