					<description><![CDATA[The CRA have created real estate bubbles as developers looked to the CRA to bail them out of all bad decisions, like funneling millions of dollars into the pockets o the developers.  Hollywood is due for a huge crash in commercial real estate and it is now trying to dupe the Chinese into buying these properties at grossly inflated prices before the Chinese discover that it is all hype and illusion.]]></description>
