Again, I would like to repeat the final two highlights of Chapter 8 (Water Options for The Blue Planet), of the book, “The True State Of the Planet”, http://bit.ly/GUzNdQ, which are:
“Eliminating laws against water marketing and establishing private water rights would give consumers an incentive to use water more efficiently.”
“Removing legal impediments to water markets would allow private firms to enter the water supply industry and take the burden off the public treasury. Market forces could pare demand, boost supply, reallocate water, and end the threat of water crises.”
And we don’t need the state of California, or the NRDC to do it!

The NRDC lost the case, therefore they should be sent the bill for court costs, lawyers fees, and how about the lost wages for “fishermen and farmers” as well as lost revenue form the Companies during that time frame. It is time to stop this kind of mis-information and in many cases outright lies form environmental groups like the NRDC, the Global warming extremist groups, and politicians who jump on the bandwagon for votes and money. If you stop the money, and use common sense , solutions are and have been found over the decades on many problems.
