					<description><![CDATA[Unfortunately, school choice in and of itself, is not the only solution, but merely a part of it.  As Cal Watchdog has so diligently reported, boundaries are erected at County lines, preventing distance learning from being employed, where no current school within an adjacent county.  California&#039;s one of the worst in adopting Distance Learning.  Much more could be done with this technology, rather than justifying the High-Speed Rail Project on the basis of putting students within short commuting distances to state universities and colleges.]]></description>
