This whole project is a disaster, there are no more people flying now then when the new terminal construction began.And look around the airport, most everything except the new area has fallen into a state of abandonment and disrepair.The bus service is just reallly reallly bad.The parking rates keep going up and there seems to be less and less maintenence of the parking areas, weeds 3to 4 ft high in the long term lots. Apprently all that matters is the new structure.And why are there never enough cashiers to prevent the crazy waits at the exits? Just poor planning all the way around.Not even anywhere to park for renting a car. Who is in charge here?

Well, someone has to pay for this police state.

And not to mention the gold plated retirement, healthcare and other benefits our overlords like Konnyu receive.

So I’d better finish my taxes. The government will have it no other way.

Cal Watchdog will be irrelevant until it kind if succeeds in its mission. For now, it’s just any other blog.

These days standing up for common deceny and not wanting to be treated like a criminal at the airport, not to mention standing up for the Fourth Amendment and also speaking out against waste in government is now irrelevant in this country thanks to people like you, “Cal” and also people like Konnyu.

We are truly a nation of sheep ruled by criminals.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to work on my taxes.

Looks like I’m going to get Konnyu’d good and hard this year.

Just what I would expect from one of our overlords. I bet he supports the Patriot Act.

This Konnyu really makes me sick.

And to think I will be paying for his ilk’s gold plated retirement and bennies for the rest of my life while I will probably never afford retirement.

He and his ilk have bankrupted the country and turned it into a police state. Truly disgusting.

We have all been Konnyu’d.

Congressman/Assemblyman Konnyu,

It is nice that you like going to first class airports, and even nicer when counties can afford them. Sacramento County’s $180 + million deficit only grew with the new airport terminal.

As for the people mover in Sacto’s airport terminal, it covers maybe 1100 feet, and takes 30 seconds. A moving sidewalk would have sufficed quite nicely at a fraction of the cost, and provided the option of walking or riding.

The ego of California’s political class is writing checks that the voters can’t cash.

Forgive my whining – I am getting crushed under the weight of the bills coming due.
