The passage about render under to Cesar what is Cesar’s….. a conquered country and it’s citizens to render?

A state where it’s citizens are constantly compelled to pay increased taxes and fees….to the detriment of the family, employer, economy?

Wow. Reading this makes me get down on my knees and thank God I managed to escape California. I lost money on my house, but that’s okay. Things are so much better in my new state (not saying which, to avoid encouaging other Californians to follow me here and start voting Democrat). Twice the house for half the house payment, and no state income tax. 🙂

JS – if they did away with the income tax other taxes would double. That’s not the answer. The answer is to force spending cuts and don’t spend a dollar more than we collect in revenue. If I were king as soon as we reached that limit on an annual basis all spending would stop cold. I don’t give a damn if the soldiers stopped getting paid or social security checks stopped either. I would teach them all a lesson the hard way. That’s the only way they will learn.

Churches should have to pay taxes on all their revenue – like anyone else. All of them push political agendas today – gay rights (anti), illegal aliens, health care, etc….screw ’em. If they want to jump in the political game and alter the course of our elections then they can pay through the nose for it. I have little respect for most christian religions practiced in the United States.
