A recent SF Comicle article indicated it was a small minority of extreme NIMBY Lucas Valley Estates homeowners who actually pushed the no-development agenda…it wasn’t the entire neighborhood at all. The San Rafael Board of Supervisors even called a special meeting asking Lucas to reconsider. I believe it was at that meeting his spokesperson announced the plan for low-cost housing…adding insult to injury.

Here’s the good news for the homeowners. When the low-cost housing goes in and is inhabited by its juvenile criminal element whose counterparts live in Marin City and the Canal District of San Rafael, they’ll be just down the street from Marin County’s Juvenile Hall which is located in the middle of the big Eichler home development on Lucas Valley Road. How convenient.

What a bunch of pathetic idiots…Michael Savage was right, “Liberalism IS a mental disorder.”

Take a look at Los Altos Hills that has a 1 acre lot size with a maximum of 1 building and the median house price is $2.4 million. Note that 1 building means no multifamily housing for the poor. They are 74% white and represented in both houses by democrats.
