The growing trend of anonymous attacks hasn’t escaped the watchful eyes of government regulators. In the state of New York, two bills are pending that would “virtually do away with anonymous online postings by requiring Web administrators, upon receiving a complaint, to take down any comments to which the writer has not attached his or her name,” writes Gene Policinski, senior vice-president and executive director of the First Amendment Center.

The law would be struck down, it is clearly unconstitutional. The SCOTUS has made that very clear, in numerous opinions.

First question, can even ONE person attest that Patricia McKeon has personally walked to her door? Knowing the woman myself, I'd highly doubt it.

Second, can anyone point to an attack (if that's what you want to call it) on the Really Patricia site that the author did not back up with cited news articles or links to public records where you could verify the information yourself? I always vomit slightly when I hear Patricia talk about the "baseless and slanderous attacks" made by the blogger when if you take a second to read it, and do the research yourself that he provides, there's nothing slanderous about it. It's all true. If you don't believe me, look it up yourself at patriciamckeonforassembly.com

3. If she's the front runner, why did her husband just fly 50 DC staffers down to volunteer for her final push? And why did Lee Rogers, Congressman McKeon's opponent have to file an FPPC complaint for Buck spending his own campaign money to benefit his wife's campaign? (you can find it article about it on the west ranch beacon website and I think a few others).

Anyone unfamiliar with the McKeons or this race, do some research. Sometimes it's sickening, sometimes it's downright hilarious. Look it up for yourself.

"Does that liberty/justice rant include migrants, gays, underpaid women, drug offenders with inhumane stiff prision sentences??????"

Are you one of the following, queeq?

(1) Migrant?

(2) gay?

(3) underpaid woman?

(4) drug offender who got thrown in the slammer?

(5) All of the above

I would just like to know whether you speak from experience or whether it comes from reading liberal journals?

Fair question.

May free speech prevail against the winds of change.

May truthtellers always have the winds at their backs.

May the enemies of free speech always suffer the agony of defeat.

May no one ever fear speaking the truth.

May the phrase "with liberty and justice for all" have meaning.
