Lance: Diamond Bar is the perfect place to encourage WSF as it's Asian population does not hesitate to put their kids in schools of their choosing. In some cases I have heard of escrow clauses with escape instructions if their kid is not able to go to the high testing Walnut Valley schools with two middle schools as compared to only one middle school (Lorbeer) in Pomona. In my neighborhood which is in the Pomona Unified District, the majority of new Asion students are lottoed into Walnut schools. P.S. the entire San Gabriel valley is moving towards D.B. the advantages of EB 5 and 6 visas enable a buy in to our superior DB Schools of Destination.
