Contrary to belief, black people ain’t stupid and King James sure isn’t. He got a ring and saved money.
Which is exactly why Moooooobeams tax increase won’t work. It’s people like LaBron James that the tax increase is aimed at. It’s people like Mr. James that can afford to take their ball and business and themselves to less taxing states. It is the pooor blue collar guy and the small small businessman who can’t up and run out of the state. And it is these same big money men who will choose not to come to this state and set up shop. And it is these small time businesses that won’t come to the state or expand.
Socialism fails when you run out of other peoples money and the money men run out on you.
