Here is the real skinny on this deal. The cops, prosecutors and the judges are in it together. This is how it is supposed to work. Many of these judges and prosecutors depend upon local public safety unions for their little legal fiefdoms. If a judge or prosecutor has to choose between the common folk and “officers of the court” 90% of the time at least they go with a team member. The little people are $hit out of luck. We are grist for the mill. This is the ugly face of The American Police State.
