@Steele… the only racism that is alive and well is from the so-called minorities, i.e., the blacks and hispanics. I’m a white middle aged male – talk about a minority!!! I hope someone files a discrimination civil rights lawsuit against the state for the implementation of this nonsense. The only thing this will lead to is higher insurance rates and a less diverse set of insurance companies to choose from.

And Steele could stop your rude comments about teabag? It was rude was it was first uttered, its rude now and you know it is an inappropriate characterization. Or is that the only ignorant way you can make a point?

Hondo— Electing President Obama went a looooong way towards lowering the image of racism we have here. We still have a loooooong way to go.

Does this mean that nurses which is 90% female must start hiring men and can no longer hire women until the ratio is 50/50? The NBA will stop accepting anymore black basketball players until the number of white/hispanic and asian players is equal to the population ratio?

Affirmative action is at its heart racist. The extent of its evil is shown in our current POTUS as he creates a new bureaucracy that caters to his group: :WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is creating a new office to bolster education of African-American students.

The White House says the office will coordinate the work of communities and federal agencies to ensure that African-American youngsters are better prepared for high school, college and career.

Obama is announcing his election-year initiative Wednesday night in a speech to the civil rights group the National Urban League as he seeks to rally black voters. Aides say his executive order, to be signed Thursday, will set a goal of producing “a more effective continuum” of programs for African-American students.”

All Americans, no matter color, ethnic mix, or culture deserve to have better chances at succeeding, not just Obamamites. 🙂
