The millions of hispanic immigrants brought into Kali and dumped into the welfare state has not worked. They aren’t assimilating and are not leaving welfare fast enough, there is no incentive. In the last 20 years, of the 10 million new residents, 7mil are on medical welfare. Only less than 2% actually are taxpayers. Huge numbers of the children of hispanic immigrants, who themselves were born in Kali, are still in english learner classes. Two or three generations in and they still are in english learner classes.
Sure, the police make mistakes. But this horrible social problem has been dumped on them.
The once strong hispanic family, like the black family, has been torn apart by welfare. By making it a financial lottery win, in comparison to life in Mexico, for young hispanic women to get knocked up outa wedlock and come to Kali, the dems have created what they are trying to stop.
