Hey Beavis and Butthead, the judge at the TRIAL court, struck the law down for LOCAL employees only, it still spplies to ALL state employees and will stay in effect against ALL public employees while the appeals process goes on….. LOCAL ONLY!

I predict Walker prevails on appeal, and am almost always correct 😉
