Yes, before regulation cuts, tax breaks, and tax loopholes gave large insurance companies (love your names by the way) a stranglehold on medicine, and now it is impossible for doctors to perform charity work, or for many people to get healthcare without it being some guaranteed benefit, because it is simply not profitable.
