Collective bargaining is not a “constitutional right”, it is statutory- and can be taken away as fast as it was given.

WI still has a BAN on ALL collective bargaining for state employees (and local), as the recent ruling only applied to local employees, not state employees, and that ruling for local employees is stayed pending appellate review.
