In 2009 Kalifornia passed a huge temporary tax increase and you still have gigantic deficits. In Illinois, last year they passed gigantic tax increases and this year, they again have huge deficits.
Do we see a pattern here.
Kalifornia doesn’t have a revenue problem. It has a spending problem.
But there is no more money left to steal.
