Propositions appear to be away around, elected officals casting a vote, we the people, will hold them accoutable for. 2.  Limit public elected office to no more then 8 years total all ellected offices period!
3.  Reward individual police and police departments with $200 per illegal alien arrested and deported.  
4.  Fine any employer of a illegal alien $1000 a day per illegal employee and split the fine with anyone who turns the employer in.
5.  Withhold any funding to colleges and students in those schools who practice any discrimination, outreach, affirmative action, social justice, preferences, etc. or employees anyone whose job it is to do these things but calling it something else.]]></description>
