As a consumer, if you have a clean driving record, consistent insurance history your perspective may be different than a new driver, or a driver with a checkered driving history with no track history of prior proof.

You can take this small scale and expand it to see the overall effect in the insurance industry itself.

There are always pros and cons to each law proposed or passed.

A fair overview for the reader to make the final decision is a must!
