I think Jimmydeeoc is on to something. The problem is not the diesel trucks, its us white folk. We white folk who don’t hate ourselves for something our greatgrandfathers did is the real truth. These enviro wackos are at heart, Ward Churchill and Elizabeth Warren wannabes. They are Kemosabe wannabe’s. They look at their pasty skin and cringe. They dream of Aztlan.
I dream of those ice scream bars I love so much that only get to my local stores because of big trucks. But the same goes for all those organic foods the enviro nuts crave.

Teddy – I am with you and Boone on nat gas.

Not so sure how much a revolution it will create tho…..It sounds to me like a page from the Broken Window School of Economics.

More nat has drilling and downstream jobs, for sure. But new nat gas motors don’t come cheap, plus there’s the infrastructure to be installed. Call it a wash.

But even if it does nothing that keep the screaming hordes of envirocrats off our necks for a while, it will be worth it.

Until, that is, they find something else to scream about. And they will. Only when the last Evil White Man departs these fruited plains will they be truly happy.
