But it seems to me that since the DemoNcrats have a permanent majority in this state they can afford to keep throwing all kinds of nonsense at us and too much of it eventually sticks.

It seems that the system has to completely fall apart before the voters will make lasting change.

But if the Demoncrats get their two-thirds majority the process of the system falling apart will accelerate.

Why? Because oversight is a mass failure for Sacto already so letting a group of whoevers decide financial course for our state or in particular, at a local level, is counterproductive to saving money.
