The real question is, how is it not possible? Roberts, Trounstine and their ilk are just Democrat partisan hacks. They care as much about the truth as those MSNBC wackjobs. Take a look at the Calbuzz front page today. It prominently features news analysis from that paragon of elucidation Al Sharpton for God’s sake! Anyone who presents that slimy fathead as a serious political commentator is too pathetic to take seriously.

Maybe the Calbuzz boys have been using their medical marijuana cards lately. It’s hard to tell given the permanent state of delusion that characterizes the left wing mentality.

Chris, you’re giving these people way too much credit. Prop. 30 isn’t amoral, it’s immoral. Any time someone uses extortionist tactics and lies to sell you something that’s bad for you, that’s just plain immoral.

I hope California voters will read the fine print and realize this will be a money grab for the state’s entitlements and pensions not for our schools. They can reroute the heavy taxes we would have to pay to their own pet projects, the children will not benefit and we will all lose!!!!!

Steve: Why is anyone shocked that proponents of Prop 30 are threatening to punish voters and their children if it does not pass… They do it every year. Has anyone wondered why CTA contracts require layoff pre-notices to go out in March, exactly when the legislature is beginning their budget deliberations?!?

Remember, it’s always teacher and police officers that lose their jobs when budgets need to be slashed. I have not seen anywhere that 1 administrator in the school district offices will lose their jobs. Makes you wonder where their unions are when that happens. Guess the unions are more interested in running the state and not helping their members.

Why is it the governor threatens public schools if we don’t vote for prop 30? How much support would it get if his threat was to give pink slips to 1000 usless bureaucrats. Hmmmmmmm! Lets see. How would I vote then?

It’s worse than that! The pro Proposition 30 knuckle heads don’t tell the voters the Sacramento legislators have the right to raid the funds of Proposition 30 to use the revenues for other purposes (according to the office of the Secretary of State (a non partisan office).
