I always thought CWD was just a bit wayward in economic thought…..they will see the light after Prop 30 passes and Caliornia’s economy is stimulated toward full employment!

How does that compare with the “captured media” or “faux media” epitomized by organizations like CWD, a controlled if not wholly owned subsidiary of Human Events. Human Events, by the way, has given its “Conservative of the Year” award to Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, Jim DeMint, and Paul Ryan in recent years. So much for any pretense of objective journalism.

I often wonder what real influence the New York Times, Sacramento Bee and similar dead tree media publications have anymore. I think the media elite exaggerates it’s own influence out of a mix of egocentrism and self delusion. Their time has passed and they don’t even know it.

These legacy media companies are like a boxer who is out on his feet, stumbling around glassy eyed and ready to fall over. That condition might also explain the routinely brain dead “reporting” by schmucks like Kevin Yamamura.
