The push for AB 32 was such, that no editorial could have stopped the enviro-nazis from getting they want. I just wish we had a “Bet your life” clause attached for the supporters. It has to work as the promoters promise, if not, public hangings for them. Old Sacramento would be a nice venue about an hour into happy hour. Good topic for a “Backroads California” episode.

Yeh, get off Dans back. He is a mostly moderate voice and when he ups the rhetoric, watch out.
Cap and tax will slaughter the small restaurant business mostly owned by minorities. Those ovens use a lotta carbon. I’m guessing Moonbeam will shut this down soon. The economy can’t support it.

I am hoping with 1-2 years years, electric cars will go 300 plus miles on a charge. Buy it with Fed and Cal tax credits.
Make monthly trips to Nevada to shop, no cal sales tax(Nevada, though.
Fix up house in the meantime, put up for sale.
Sell house to local firemen so they can operate as a rental property. Property(4 bedroom) is rented to three familes on public assistance.
Ok, firemen will paid from taxes, rentors, the same, Something is missing.
Me.I have moved to Nevada.

So Dan Walters, who is supposed to be the Dean of Excremento political columnists, finally lets the truth leak out now that it’s too late to do anything about it. That’s altogether too little face saving for such a corpulent mug. Will the clueless readers of The SacBee even care? I doubt it. The Fourth Estate is nothing but a handmaiden to the destruction of everything worth believing in or fighting for. If there were any sanity left in this country big media journalists and pundits would be laughed at, ridiculed and treated as a public nuisance.

Maybe in some sane parallel universe these people are locked up in an institution for the criminally stupid. Just the thought alone is enough to put a smile on my face.
