CA tax/budget money is nothing more than a giant fraud and ponzi scheme that is for the pure benefit of public employees, at the expense of the rest of the states population.

How did we get to this point????? I will tell you = $$$$$$$$$$$$$...... $$$$$ in politics and government, it distorts truth, reality and the goal of state taxes that benefits ALL citizens of CA, not just public employees.

This isn't the first time Taylor has made rosy forecasts and sided up with the state's big spenders, including the Finance Department. But this time it was really misleading, and sounded like a guy who wants to keep his job.

Conecticut's legislature has been called into special session, because the governor promoted tax increases(higher incomes, sales tax, and fees) is now projecting significantly less revenue than original plans. Oops. That governor also made agreements with public unions to eliminate possibility of layoffs. The unions are asking to let a bunch of "workers" retire early. Of course, the penions are underfunded big time, ick, the early retirements would increase the underfunding.
Guess what state is next?
