Judges are APPOINTED, and they get appointed for a reason, and that reason is NOT legal scholarship or merit, but ideology. 

Jeeezzz, look at Clarence Thomas, he has no business sitting on the SCOTUS.......I would hesitate to even  put him in as a CA Commissioner hearing traffic cases...he is that bad.]]></description>
