I know of NO STATE where this has upheld on appellate review.

Public places are just that, public, where you can photograph and video record anything your heart desires……,and the local PD and legislature cannot legislate that right away anymore than they can legislate the 1st Amendment rights away…..

The union stopped management from firing a letter carrier, his offense – throwing away peoples’ mail. “Why did you defend him?” I asked, shocked. “To stick it in the eye of management!”, he gloated. It was a teachable moment.
