Hats off to Cindy & Rex The Wonder Dog for seeing the flaws and down right unfair justice system. The comments are fine, but we must go farther to fix this corupt system.I have seen this for many years, but unless we do something about it,nothing will ever get done. I’m now working on a plan to do just that. Please be looking for informtion!

So I now understand to protect and serve… means to protect our pensions and to serve our own best interest. I used to have the highest respect for our police force but today after 25 years of collective bargaining for political gain… I think we attract the most corrupt and self serving individuals to become police. I get sick looking at them.

My daughter got in a fight at school and was charged w felony battery, no injuries except the girl claimed headache and dizziness, other kids in town have been charged with felony robbery for a beer run, case after case of trumped up charges and juvenile hall cost 200K per person. My personal opinion is most people arrested and charged are strictly about keeping all the police employed and they inturn make sure fellow DA and Prosectors,prison guard and parole officers are employed. the fact is college campuses have entire police forces. This explains how UCLA in the middle of Brentwood is rated the most dangerous campus in US while the private USC in the middle of the ghetto doesn’t even make the list! If you hire enough cops you will find criminals…. it is the arrest quota system of trumped up charges. We have more then enough room for violent criminals if the court would stop harassing the non violent citizen for stupid charges. I hope the whole state goes bankrupt it is the only way to get rid of the excess police.

Hondo, the entire justice system is rigged today and MANY people are innocent. I know, I went thru an ENTIRE trial on trumped up bogus charges, and when the jury came back in 10 minutes with an acquittal I knew the system ONLY works with a jury, the problem is if you go to trial and lose you will get 20 times that of a plea bargain, so the system is rigged. I would NOT do a plea bargain, and the state lost at trial. But it still took over a year and I lost a job over it.

I get that comment so many times as I take polls on the streets.
Most say if they weren’t guilty, they wouldn’t be there, I beg the differ.
A DA once told me they know they send innocent men and women to prison, but it’s all about the money for the state, and told me if I told anyone she said it, which means mentioning her name, she would deny it. Always remember it’s at my door today, but it could be yours tommorrow, so never speak lightly until you have walked in those shoes and feel the overwhelming feeling of sitting in a cardboard box day after day knowing you’re innocent.

May be your kin is innocent, but ask anyone in the joint, they are all innocent.
As for the article above. When you empty out the prisons, guess what. Crime goes up. What is this, a trick question?
I wouldn’t mind if the illegals they kicked out of prison were deported. I would support that.
Like they dems say in San Berdoo, lock your door and get your guns.

I have been sitting here reading all the sob stories of how your husbands work so hard in probation. I worked for (33) years raising a family of five on my on, with no father figure for my sons. And now that I’m retired I still have to work like a dog, because the system has my son locked up on bunk charges. My every waking moment is to prove his innocense. He was tried by a kangroo court and sentenced to twelve years in prison. Guess what at least your husband comes home at night, but my son was taken away from his wife and six year daughter who isa now fourteen, because of some lying hooker, and there are hundreds of them out there that lie about men raping them to get even, for money you name it and the law belives their lies. There are hundreds of men in jail on lies and later we find out they were innocent. Give those men their lives back after they have done all those years innocent. I’m sorry just won’t get it!!!

Because the most feared robbers in Madera County are racoons, Marin cops do their job by fucking with teenagers and will not hesitate to stop you for skating without a helmet on. Middle school years are spent at Bat and Bar mitzvahs, at Northgate mall, at the movies, or at someone’s pool party. A typical weekend night for a Marin high schooler consists of driving around looking for parties, finding one, the cops shutting it down by eleven, and having nothing to do so you end up at In-N-Out, Sol Food or the CVS parking lot and knowing half the people in there.
