Four of the nine components, and 2/7th the weighting, is explicitly labelled “high-tech”.

High tech is important, and is the future, and plastics, Benjamin, plastics, and we already know all that, but a buck can be made, and an economy grow, from more prosaic industries as well. It just doesn’t happen much in Blue States.
