Amtrak:
A low security transportation meathod in the United States which neglects serving several states.(Yes they pretend that Alaska, Haiwii, South Dakota and Wyoming do no exist). Amtrak opperated trains ranging in age about fourty years. This system is a bit slow for trains but extremly pleasn’t to travel upon.

Well, I could be wrong about the judges. But if they looked at the law the people passed and at the plans of Jerry Clown, how could they not rule against it?
There is no private investment. There is no plans that show it coming close to the speed promised.
I think they just plan to build it and say “oops, it only goes 80” and wave the middle finger at the taxpayers.

Most judges in the state are ex prosecutors and REPUBLICAN appointees. And very right wing.

You NEVER want ANY judge who is on the fringe, left or right, or Rose Bird and Clarence Thomas is what you end up with- both HORRIBLE judges.

All the judges are dem appointed and will side with the dems and ignore the law. But I believe that the train will not be built. They will take lands and start construction, but they will run into the ‘wall of debt’. The huge tax increases will dry up revenue. As we approach the 2014 election, it will be a problem for the dems, not an accomplishment.
