The combined, gross yearly income of me and my spouse is less than $100,000, so don’t counter with any of your, “rich public retiree” rhetoric, Rex. I am just now absorbing a quarter of one-percent increase in my sales tax. Now, when I pick up the Sunday papers at 7-11, it is $3.24–up from the prior $3.23. My bi-monthly club luncheon at Hometown Buffet has gone from $7.55 to $7.57. Oh lordy, lordy, how will I ever make it!
