Not sure I agree about “Progressive fascist juggernaut[s]” and gulags, Dyspeptic, but the rest of your rant about the Republican party – particularly the Chicken Hawks – is right on.

I’d love to see another Bush run in 2016. That would make a Clinton or even a Biden win much more likely, and we might even be able to retake the House. Oh boy, talk about Happy Days are Hear Again!

By the way, I know this has nothing to do with your article but just now I learned that the state board of equalization just voted to raise gas taxes to 3.5 cents come July 1. But……if we had a more conservative legislature, do you think this would fly? Nope!

If the empty suits and Zionist chicken hawks who are running the Republican Party these days don’t get a clue real soon there will be no alternative to the Progressive Fascist juggernaut that is turning this country into a Welfare State gulag. Not that the Republicans are much of an alternative. Of course, the party leadership is incapable of self reform, so it’s up to Republican aligned voters to change things. That’s where the real problem is.

The likes of Karl Rove, Reince Priebus, Dick Cheney, William Kristol, David Brooks and David Frum are running the party and they have no intention of giving the rank and file a voice. They want your money and your vote, then they want you to STFU and go away so they can throw open the borders, run the money printing presses 24/7 and start World War III. If you want to have influence in the Republican Party then become an Israeli lobbyist, a hedge fund manager, a Wall Street bankster or a lobbyist for the Military Industrial Complex.

When I was working in the U.S. House of Representatives in 1992-1994, a Policy Review arrived at our office that contained the article “Pre-Law Prerequisites: A Guide to the Post Socialist World.” I saved it and still have it today. It provided an intellectual basis for fighting government intrusion into economic and personal freedoms.
