Tossing the laws that built this nation out the window in order to buy votes through a gift of “citizenship” is the strategy of wicked, corrupt scum.
The GOP will NEVER earn my approval for such double-talking treachery.

Looks like the GOP is getting what it depsearately wants – media approval and the freedom to toss their annoying, who-needs-’em “ideals” into the dustbin of history.

Of course Mr. Valdez thinks a path to citizenship is not amnesty, and On immigration, Valdez said he believes Sen. Marco Rubio’s plan is good.

Of course Mr. Valdez thinks Republicans should abandon our immigration laws, to court Latino’s.

Of course we should keep our eyes on this guy. He’s just the kind of Republican the Democrats, love.

I think if illegal immigrants and low income families understand the link between schools, police, juvenile hall, courts and prison and understand this is a Union that collectively bargins to gain political control that is directly related to the democrat party, we can win this group. These people find thier children in the school to prison pipeline and thier children are the customers that are necessary to keep all of these people employed.How many people understand that a school discipline record is a court document? Many kids end up in the juvenile system from cell phone violations, defiant comments and dress codes. Teachers can and do target kids they don’t like and build a discipline record which allows courts to incarcerate kids for trivial infractions. These people love thier kids and are tired of seeing them targeted. We are in a zero tolerance faze and a kid can get charged with felony battery for a school fight with no visible injuries or felony robery for stealing food from the grocery store. Under the plea bargin system witnesses lie and police trump up the charges and nobody ever discusses the testimony. The DA brags about convinction rates, why shouldn’t the state be interested in the truth? Don’t expect the trial system you watch on tv when you go to court…. the whole thing has become a sham and the police are not your friend.

There is no simple 1,2,3 solution to Mexican and other Latin Americans, S. Central Americans, or just called South Americans illegally coming in, remaining and wanting to be accepted as legals sans doing what other groups have to do–wait in line and qualify. I am surprised these others haven’t marched against the Dream Act. However, there is power in numbers and that is what La Raza capitalizes on. After speaking to a handful of Mexicanos on this – they claim CA and TX and AZ is theirs and they have a right to take it over. How, they aren’t sure. In the meantime, it their opinion we owe them everything a legal has. Hard to get through to them, this land is not theirs, and other groups go through a long process to acquire citizenship.
Both political parties are culprits here.

You can’t beat Santa Claus. Republicans offer up the ‘dream’, citizenship for children who were brought here young, the Demoncrats counter with free health care, free welfare, free phones, and amnesty for felons. Republicans will always lose the ‘bidding’ war.
I support the ‘dream’ act. I support a pathway for illegals who have nothing more than traffic tickets on their record. But DUI is not a traffic ticket and those aliens should be deported. Along with any violent crime or drug crime or weapons crime.
But first we secure the border from those narcoterisstas who are shooting chemical arms at amerikas kids; Crack cocaine, meth and herion (Chiva).

Sounds promising, I like most of what he says. But he’s wrong that a pathway to citizenship isn’t amnesty — that’s exactly what it is. It may or may not be something we want to do, but let’s be forthright about what we’d be doing.
