I don't reacall reading in the history books a period when Eurpean ILLEGAL ALIENS went through any type of naturalization in order to gain American citizenship to land that belonged to Native Americans. Sneaking across the border is not as ballsy as sneaking across an ocean to escape religious persectution. Fancy that you all are able to sit all high and mighty and talk down on immigrants when in reality, you are the monsters. Your vicious and racist words hinder unity within the United States. You don not hurt us, your ignorance entertain and motivate us. YES WE LAUGH AT YOU. I love my country, America the beautiful, land of opportunity. The same opportunity that was afforded to your ancestors once upon a time, because I'm sure that you are not 100% Native Americans. Actually the Americans took southwest from the Mexicans, so in reality, we were also here first. And another thing, the constitution protects all persons who are on US soil. In the court of law, legal status is irrelevant. The most ignorant thoughts are created by surprisingly working class american individuals. To each his own and I pray for you regardless, Immigration, Homosexuality, Racism etc. are all controversial issues that will never go away so either you learn to deal with it or you are welcome to find a rock to crawl under.

The Republicans have been relegated to the sidelines. The Dems are in the field of play with no one to blame for the laws not being enforced at the border.
Sorry, no compassion for illegals here. If you sneak across the border, then you pay the consequences for your own actions. Bottom line is......you dont belong here, period. Therefore you have no right to gripe. How much more simple can it be.

I'm confused here ... it's illegal for the abusive employer to hire undocumented workers, but they do anyway; so what are we legislating? Enforce the law, fine or put out of business employers who hire undocumented workers, and guess what happens - no more undocumented workers for them to abuse! So is it our California lawmakers goal to protect undocumented workers and therefore encourage more undocumented workers? We are rapidly becoming a Northern Mexican province ... when will we start flying the Mexican flag in Sacramento? I think Mr. Hernandez is more concerned with protecting Mexican illegals than American citizens ...
